These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator legal name] ("we") about your use of MyFareej. By creating an account you accept them and our privacy notice.

1. Who can use MyFareej

You need an account accepted by your community's admins or community managers. You must be at least [minimum age] years old and give true details about yourself and your home. One account per person.

2. Your account

Keep your password private and tell us at [support email] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is posted from it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share it with the people allowed to see it, for as long as it is on MyFareej. You confirm you have the right to post it, including any photo of another person.

4. Behaviour

You agree to follow the community guidelines and UAE law. You must not try to access content or accounts you are not allowed to see, disrupt the service, or collect other people's data.

5. Moderation

Your community's admins and community managers can remove content, suspend accounts and remove members of their community, and give their reason. They handle reports as well as they can; there is no promise of a response time. If you disagree with a decision, contact your community's management office or [support email].

6. Events

Events are organised by residents, community managers or admins, not by us. We are not responsible for events, their safety or their cancellation. Follow the organiser's instructions and any rules of the venue.

7. The concierge

The concierge is an AI assistant that answers from information you can already see in the app, and helps you write posts. It can be wrong or incomplete; check important details in the original post or event. It cannot act for you: it only drafts a post, which you review, change if you like and publish yourself, and you are responsible for what you publish. It follows the community guidelines and will not help write anything that breaks them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep MyFareej available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or end features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Your community's admins can remove you, and we can close accounts that break these terms or the law.
